Reconcile account unit-economics model inputsRevenue & Fees
Task prompt
The model looks good but a couple of the inputs feel off and I want to sanity-check them against the real numbers before we lean on it. In this unit-economics model the monthly maintenance fee is fee revenue on the eligible account base — so I need to know whether that base should be all open accounts or only accounts that are actually active in a given month, and whether using all open overstates fee revenue versus real activity. And the $1,000 of interchange-eligible (card-purchase) volume per account per month feels high, since a lot of our volume is really bills and transfers, not card spend. Can you pull the last few complete months and tell me how far off these assumptions are versus what accounts actually do — the active-vs-open split, the real card-spend distribution per active account, and whether early churn (accounts closing within ~90 days of opening) is being ignored? Then roughly what does all that do to the modeled per-account P&L, which accounts are driving the gap, and what would you change in the model or add as a check so the inputs stay honest?
