usable_quantityLLMPass
Why it mattersCoverage must be assessed on usable yield-adjusted quantity net of allocations, and the original attempt's central risk is treating gross or physically-present pounds as usable.
How to passChecks that the analysis workbook reports usable on-hand quantity using the formula (On Hand - Allocated) x Yield Factor for inventory lots rather than gross on-hand pounds.
Reads
country_of_originLLMFail
Why it mattersCountry-of-origin restrictions are binding contractual constraints, and the cheapest/fastest options for several critical lines are non-qualifying-origin material that must not be selected.
How to passChecks that material melted in China or Russia is excluded for the DFARS programs (Raven, Sable) and the CUST-EU programs (Meridian, Tundra) regardless of price or certificate quality.
Reads
Failure mode Required Evidence Fields or Rows Omitted
Why it failedThe workbook avoids allocating China or Russia melt to the restricted programs but does not show the explicit origin-based rejection reason for those lots or quotes.
Justification
The workbook extract only shows requirement coverage, inventory allocations, and usable inventory. It has no melt-origin fields or origin-based rejection reasons, and none of the required China/Russia cases (Hangzhou 7075 lot/lowest-price quote, Volga 15-5PH 5862 lot/lowest-price quote, Yellow River 300M quote for Raven, Hangzhou 15-5PH 5659 for Meridian) are explicitly rejected. For Raven, Sable, Meridian, and Tundra, rows are simply marked 'Covered by Inventory' or 'Covered by Quote'.
cert_traceabilityLLMFail
Why it mattersEN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification and full traceability are minimum eligibility gates, and the original attempt risks accepting C-of-C or non-traceable material that is physically attractive.
How to passChecks that Certificate-of-Conformance-only lots/quotes and partial-traceability lots are excluded from certified-production coverage.
Reads
Failure mode Required Evidence Fields or Rows Omitted
Why it failedThe workbook has no certification-type or traceability-status field, so the required rejection of C-of-C-only and partial-traceability material cannot be verified.
Justification
The workbook only shows requirements, inventory allocations, and usable inventory; it provides no certification type, traceability status, supplier, dock date, or exclusion-reason entries. It therefore does not document rejection of the cited Tri-State C-of-C lots/quote or the Meridian 6061 partial-traceability lot, and selected coverage entries (including 4340 AMS 6415 and 6061 inventory allocations) are counted without evidence of EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certs and Full traceability.
source_hold_statusLLMFail
Why it mattersApproved-source status and hold status are hard eligibility gates, and otherwise-attractive USA-origin material from these sources must not be planned against requirements.
How to passChecks that sources in Suspended, Conditional, or Not Approved status, and material under an open quality/MRB or receiving-inspection hold, are excluded from new commitments.
Reads
Failure mode Required Evidence Fields or Rows Omitted
Why it failedThe workbook does not document the specific hold or exclusion reason for one or more disallowed lots even though the exclusion itself is applied.
Justification
The workbook only shows Requirement Analysis, Inventory Allocations, and Usable Inventory; it does not document source approval status, quality/MRB hold status, receiving-inspection hold status, or rejection reasons. The required minimum exclusion cases are absent: no Lone Star conditional 15-5PH lot/quote rejection, no Meridian suspended-source lot rejection, no Volga not-approved lot rejection, no Ardenne 15-5PH AMS 5862 MRB-hold rejection, and no 17-4PH receiving-inspection-hold rejection. Without that evidence, the rubric is not satisfied.
substitution_policyLLMFail
Why it mattersThe substitution policy is exhaustive and prohibits interchange (e.g., T651 vs T7351, /11 vs /12, bar vs plate vs extrusion), so a model must not silently treat near-match material as covering a callout.
How to passChecks that no alloy, temper/condition, product-form, or specification sub-spec substitution is applied beyond same-spec oversize/remnant cutdown.
Reads
Failure mode Required Evidence Fields or Rows Omitted
Why it failedThe workbook has no alloy, spec, temper, or product-form fields on the requirement rows, so exact-callout substitution cannot be verified.
Justification
The workbook does not provide the requirement callouts needed to verify exact-match coverage: the Requirement Analysis sheet has no alloy, spec, temper/condition, or product-form fields, and the provided data has no quote details or deviation/MRB documentation. Although inventory lots list alloy/spec, there is insufficient evidence to confirm that covered requirements were matched to the same alloy, exact sub-spec, temper, and form, so the rubric cannot be satisfied.
allocation_priorityLLMPass
Why it mattersProgram-priority allocation is an explicit contention rule, and getting it wrong misassigns scarce compliant stock between competing programs.
How to passChecks that contested inventory lots usable by more than one requirement are allocated to the higher-priority (lower rank number) program first, with lower-priority shortfalls flowing to new purchase.
Reads
lead_time_feasibilityLLMFail
Why it mattersLead-time feasibility is an explicit gate, and the original attempt risks counting a compliant quote that docks on or after need-by as resolving a requirement on schedule.
How to passChecks that a supplier quote is treated as feasible only when its quoted dock/receipt date precedes the requirement need-by date.
Reads
Failure mode Required Evidence Fields or Rows Omitted
Why it failedNo quote dock date, requirement need-by date, or on-schedule flag appears anywhere in the extract.
Justification
The extracted workbook text shows requirement quantities, inventory allocations, and quote IDs/statuses, but no requirement need-by dates, no quote dock/receipt dates, and no on-schedule/infeasible flag. Quoted shortages are simply marked 'Covered by Quote,' so the rubric’s required check that quotes docking on or after need-by are treated as infeasible is not evidenced.
requirement_coverageLLMPass
Why it mattersRequirement-level coverage classification is the core analytical output the task asks for and must be complete across all demand lines.
How to passChecks that the workbook classifies each of the 26 requirements into a coverage disposition (covered from compliant inventory, partial inventory plus buy, or full new purchase) at the requirement-ID level.
Reads
traceabilityLLMFail
Why it mattersRequirement-level traceability is an explicit auditability obligation and is exactly where a weaker solution omits the why-rejected evidence chain.
How to passChecks that for each at-risk requirement the workbook records the selected inventory lot(s) with usable quantity, the rejected lots with reasons, the selected quote, the rejected quote alternatives with reasons, the residual after inventory, and the resulting purchase quantity and cost.
Reads
Failure mode Required Evidence Fields or Rows Omitted
Why it failedFor some at-risk requirements the rejected-lot reasons, rejected-quote reasons, or resulting purchase cost are not present anywhere in the workbook, not merely on another sheet.
Justification
The workbook partially traces selected lots and sourcing results per requirement via 'Requirement Analysis' (shortage, Best Quote ID, suggested qty, unit price, extended cost) and 'Inventory Allocations' (selected lots/allocated qty), but it does not show any rejected callout-matching inventory lots with disqualifying reasons or any rejected/alternative quotes with reasons. It also does not present these elements in a single per-requirement audit view for at-risk lines. Under the rubric, missing rejected-lot or rejected-quote reasons is a fail.
residual_vs_moqLLMFail
Why it mattersConflating need with MOQ-inflated buy quantity was a defect in the earlier attempt and obscures both true demand and committed spend.
How to passChecks that requirement residual quantity is reported separately from the minimum-order-quantity-adjusted purchase quantity, with the excess identified.
Reads
Failure mode Required Evidence Fields or Rows Omitted
Why it failedMOQ-driven buys show the residual need and the MOQ-adjusted order quantity across various sheets but never state the excess amount as its own value.
Justification
MOQ-driven rows show residual need and ordered quantity separately (e.g., REQ-S6P3 Shortage 69.5 lb vs Suggested Qty 250 lb; REQ-E9C1 Shortage ~1.75 lb vs Suggested Qty 250 lb), but the workbook does not show the excess amount/difference anywhere (such as 180.5 lb or 248.25 lb). The rubric requires both values and their difference to be shown.
cost_reconciliationLLMFail
Why it mattersA reconciled, self-consistent committed total was an explicit fix from the earlier attempt, where the memo and PO tab disagreed on the headline figure and shared lines risked double-charging.
How to passChecks that the workbook presents a single authoritative total committed new-buy cost with no conflicting totals and a cost chain that reconciles, with shared quote lines not double-counted.
Reads
Failure mode Required Evidence Fields or Rows Omitted
Why it failedNo single headline committed new-buy total or purchase-order cost-line detail appears anywhere in the extracted workbook.
Justification
No headline committed new-buy total is shown anywhere in the extracted workbook, so there is not exactly one authoritative total to reconcile. Also, repeated quote IDs are costed on multiple requirement rows (e.g., QTE-3A9F18 is $4,700 on both REQ-T2C7 and REQ-V1D9; QTE-2D7C64 appears twice), which indicates shared quote lines are being charged separately rather than as one combined PO.
escalation_languageLLMPass
Why it mattersClarifying escalation language so that 'every requirement has a feasible path' is not conflated with quality holds awaiting action was an explicit obligation from the earlier revision.
How to passChecks that the memo states there is no hard sourcing dead-end while separately listing quality/MRB/process escalations.
Reads
memo_recommendationLLMFail
Why it mattersThe task's core decision principle is distinguishing usable material from merely cheap/fast/available material, and the memo is where that reasoning must be made legible to leadership.
How to passChecks that the memo recommends a sourcing/allocation plan that prioritizes compliance over lowest price or shortest lead time and explicitly identifies rejected cheaper/faster non-compliant options.
Reads
Failure mode Escalation or Tradeoff Communication Incomplete
Why it failedThe memo argues compliance over price or lead time but omits naming at least one of the three required attractive, cheaper, or faster non-compliant quotes along with the specific reason it was rejected.
Justification
The memo does recommend compliant sourcing and states that Chinese-origin and C-of-C-only options were rejected, but it does not explicitly document all required attractive-but-rejected options. It does not name the lowest-price China-melt 7075-T7351 quote (~$6.85/lb), the lowest-price Russia-melt 15-5PH quote (~$8.10/lb), or the cheapest/fastest C-of-C-only 4340 bar quote (~$4.95/lb) with their specific unusability reasons. Missing these minimum required examples fails the rubric.
no_fabrication_side_effectsLLMFail
Why it mattersThe task forbids inventing options beyond the source packet, and penalizing fabricated content or unrequested side-additions protects against hallucinated uplift that would look like a stronger answer.
How to passChecks that the deliverables do not introduce fabricated alloys, tempers, substitutions, approvals, waivers, expedite options, or other material not present in the source files, and do not add materially unsolicited deliverables.
Reads
Failure mode Grader Context or Extraction Incomplete
Why it failedThe judge's own extract omits the underlying sourcing packet or is truncated partway through the workbook, so it cannot verify fabrication even though nothing fabricated is visible in what was shown.
Justification
FAIL: only the workbook extract is provided; the underlying sourcing packet is not included, so there is no evidence to verify that the listed quote IDs, lots, alloys/specs, yield factors, allocations, and coverage statuses were sourced rather than invented or altered. Under the rubric, missing support fails.
residual_po_reconciliationLLMFail
Why it mattersThe shared-PO double-counting failure mode (inflating the committed total by billing one quote line at each requirement's minimum) is exactly where the earlier attempt produced an unreconciled headline figure, and catching it is a fair, materially distinct core check.
How to passChecks that the sum of per-requirement residual purchase needs reconciles to the consolidated purchase-order quantities and committed cost, so shared quote lines are not double-counted across the requirements they serve.
Reads
Failure mode Quantity, Cost, Capacity, or Rate Calculation Wrong
Why it failedA shared quote line is ordered or costed at a quantity that exceeds the combined residual need by more than the supplier minimum justifies.
Justification
Shared quote lines are not reconciled to single combined orders. QTE-3A9F18 covers REQ-T2C7 (323.8 lb residual) and REQ-V1D9 (357 lb residual), but the workbook shows two separate 400 lb / $4,700 entries (800 lb / $9,400 total) instead of one order for the combined ~680.8 lb residual. QTE-2D7C64 likewise appears as 200 lb plus 213 lb for combined residual ~236.1 lb. There is also no purchase-order/committed-total sheet to prove consolidation, so quantities and costs cannot be reconciled without double counting.
secondary (1)
memo_consistencyLLMPass
Why it mattersIf the memo asserts headline counts or program restriction classes, they must be accurate and self-consistent; this guards against a confidently-stated but wrong summary rather than mandating an unprompted structure.
How to passChecks that any coverage counts or per-program restriction classes the memo chooses to state are internally consistent and correct, without forcing the memo to include specific counts.

Material Sourcing Recommendation Memo
Date: August 20, 2026 To: Sourcing, Production, and Quality Leadership From: Materials Sourcing Analyst Subject: 2026 Q3 Door/Hinge Mechanism Build Wave Allocation Plan
1. Executive Summary
A comprehensive review of the 2026 Q3 build wave material requirements against on-hand inventory and supplier quotes has been completed. The analysis strictly adheres to the Engineering Material Substitution Policy (ENG-MSP Rev H), program priority, and customer origin constraints. Of the 26 raw material requirements across six programs, 11 can be fulfilled completely from compliant on-hand inventory, and the remaining 15 have feasible, compliant supplier quotes available for purchase.
2. Inventory Allocation & Usability Constraints
On-hand inventory was allocated to requirements sequentially by program priority (Raven being the highest). Material was only deemed usable if it met the following criteria:
Exact match for alloy, specification, temper/condition, and product form, or a substitution expressly permitted by ENG-MSP Rev H.
Certification by a 3.1 or 3.2 mill test report with Full Traceability (C of C only or partial traceability were rejected).
Clear Quality status (lots under MRB or Receiving Inspection hold were excluded).
Approved Source status, meeting the melt origin rules for the specific program (DFARS/CUST-EU requirements prohibit Chinese/Russian melt regardless of supplier approval).
A yield loss factor was applied to all available pounds to determine usable inventory. Calder (the lowest priority program) successfully absorbed reallocations where higher-priority programs (Raven, Sable) claimed contested lots.
3. Recommended New Purchases & Tradeoffs
For the 15 requirements with inventory shortages, we evaluated the supplier quotes based on compliance, lead-time feasibility, and cost. We recommend proceeding with the following quotes which meet all restrictions (including DFARS/CUST-EU) and deliver before the need-by date:
DFARS-Restricted Programs (Raven & Sable): Recommended quotes utilize Cascade, Brunderman, and Ardenne (France, Qualifying). Cheaper quotes from Hangzhou and Yellow River were rejected due to non-qualifying Chinese origin.
CUST-EU-Restricted Programs (Meridian & Tundra): Recommended quotes utilize Tri-State, Cascade, Ardenne, and Adriatic (Slovenia, Qualifying).
Unrestricted Programs (Halcyon & Calder): Standard AMSL rules applied. Quotes from Yellow River (QTE-9A2E57) and Hangzhou were accepted where they provided cost benefits and met delivery schedules.
4. Escalations & Program Risks
While all requirements currently have a path to fulfillment, Leadership should be aware of the following rejected materials and structural risks:
Quality Holds: LOT-B3E7C0 (MRB - surface pitting) and LOT-8F4D17 (Recv Insp) are physically present but unusable. If these holds clear, they could offset pending purchases.
Certification Deficiencies: LOT-4A8D62, LOT-D6B821, and QTE-B6D2A9 were excluded for offering only a C of C instead of a 3.1 report. LOT-1F9D63 was rejected for incomplete heat traceability.
Conditional Source Risk: Quote QTE-6F1A93 from Lone Star Aerospace Metals was rejected per policy as the source is in Conditional status pending a requalification audit.
Lead-Time Risks: Several quotes were rejected because their promised receipt dates fell after the Need-By Date, particularly for the high-priority Raven program. The selected quotes meet the schedule, but any supplier delay could directly impact the build start.
Please refer to the accompanying Material Sourcing Analysis Workbook for line-by-line requirement coverage, yield calculations, and the complete allocation matrix.

You are supporting a material sourcing review for an aerospace components manufacturer that builds certified door and hinge mechanism assemblies. Upcoming production lots require aluminum and steel raw materials, including plate, bar, extrusion, and machined-stock inputs. Several material requirements are at risk because available inventory, supplier quotes, lead times, certification status, source approvals, allocations, yield loss, and program priorities do not all align. Production and sourcing leadership need a sourcing plan that identifies which material lots can be used, which supplier quotes should be acted on, which requirements remain at risk, and which program commitments should be prioritized. The objective is not simply to buy the cheapest or fastest available material; the recommendation must distinguish physically available material from material that is actually usable for certified aerospace production. Using the attached material sourcing packet, determine the recommended sourcing and allocation plan for the current review cycle. Identify which aluminum and steel requirements can be covered from compliant on-hand inventory, which require new purchases, which supplier quotes are feasible, and which shortages or compliance issues require escalation. Evaluate the tradeoffs among material specification, temper or condition, product form, mill certification, traceability, approved-source status, country-of-origin or customer restrictions, available quantity after allocation, usable yield, lead time, cost, and program delivery impact. Work only from the attached materials: the material demand forecast, inventory lot and certification snapshot, approved material source list, supplier quote and lead-time matrix, engineering material substitution policy, and program priority / build schedule. Distribution: Sourcing, Materials Planning, Quality, MRB. Status as of 2026-06-19. 1. Purpose This release fixes program priority ranking and committed build dates for the current review cycle. Where multiple programs compete for the same eligible material, allocation shall favor the higher-priority program (lower priority rank number). Contractual country-of-origin and specialty-metals restrictions stated in Section 3 are flowed from the customer contracts and are binding on sourcing decisions; they are not discretionary and may not be relaxed for cost or schedule convenience. 2. Program Priority Ranking and Build Commitments Note: build start is the first date material must be available on the floor; raw-material need-by dates in the demand forecast are set earlier to allow incoming inspecti

Initiating Code Generation: I'm now starting to draft the core script logic. My focus is on ensuring the solution accurately and efficiently performs the required comparisons, leading to a useful output.
Analyzing Material Specifications: I am now thoroughly examining the material specifications and the substitution policies. The objective is to establish clear criteria for determining permissible material substitutions, focusing on a precise understanding of acceptable tolerances for various parameters. I am refining the comparison logic to handle material conditions and forms accurately, and to correctly handle the substitution policies.
Defining Material Compliance: I am now establishing the specific criteria for determining material compliance based on certification, source, and origin requirements. I am carefully analyzing the program-specific restrictions and approval levels to ensure accurate identification of eligible materials, as well as considering how to handle material traceability to ensure that the criteria are met.
Evaluating Coverage and Allocation: I'm now focusing on evaluating how inventory quantities align with program needs, prioritizing allocations based on program rankings. I am ensuring that the criteria for coverage are met by comparing the usable quantity from eligible lots to the net required usable quantity. The emphasis is on quote receipt dates relative to need-by dates.
Matching Quotes to Requirements: I'm now determining how to connect quotes to the underlying requirements. By matching properties like alloy, specification, temper, and form between the quote data and requirement data, I can establish the crucial link. The next step is building the allocation logic.run_shell_commandcat << 'EOF' > analyze.py import pandas as pd import numpy as np # Load Data demand = pd.read_excel('data/material_demand_forecast.xlsx', sheet_name='Demand Forecast') inv = pd.read_excel('data/inventory_lot_cert_snapshot.xlsx', sheet_name='Lot Snapshot') quotes = pd.read_excel('data/supplier_quote_leadtime_matrix.xlsx', sheet_name='Quote Matrix') sources = pd.read_excel('data/approved_material_source_list.xlsx', sheet_name='Source List') # Programs Data programs = pd.DataFrame([ ['PRG-RAVEN', 1, 'DFARS'], ['PRG-SABLE', 2, 'DFARS'], ['PRG-MERIDIAN', 3, '

Verifying Stock Guidelines: I am now carefully reviewing the substitution policy to confirm the parameters for acceptable stock adjustments, specifically focusing on oversized or remnant material usage within the established guidelines. This ensures accuracy and consistency in applying the policy to the given use case.
Confirming Material Eligibility: I am now meticulously verifying that the material meets all specified requirements, including a detailed check for any potential shortages or escalation triggers as defined in the policy. I am also making sure that the quoted lead times are acceptable in relation to the need-by date, to make sure nothing is missed!
Reviewing Requirement Details: I am now thoroughly checking for any supply chain disruptions or potential escalations within the specific requirement details. I'm focusing on confirming the acceptability of the source and any potential holds, ensuring all options are valid and compliant. I'm also confirming I have the correct logic to verify status.
Validating Source Approvals: I'm now focusing on verifying source approvals, ensuring only compliant materials are considered, specifically checking theApproval Statusfield against the specified conditions. I'm carefully scrutinizing each lot and source to ensure adherence to relevant restrictions.
Confirming Quote Availability: I'm now carefully checking the validity of selected quotes for each requirement, focusing on lead times and geographical restrictions, to verify complete coverage. I am also identifying if any are ineligible due to delivery dates.
Revising Excel Outputs: I'm now focusing on revising the Excel output to ensure all calculations are dynamically performed using formulas within the spreadsheet. I need to make sure the workbook meets all the requirements to be fully dynamic, making sure my previous approach doesn't conflict. I will make the revisions to align with the specified criteria for the final deliverable.

Drafting the Memo: I'm now writing the Node script that will use
docx-jsto build the memo's content. I plan to incorporate the memo's format into the script, and then compile it into a DOCX format.
Generating the Memo Script: My current focus is on developing the JavaScript script using thewrite_filetool to draft the memo content. I am in the process of ensuring that the script integrates the required format and structure for the memo, which will ultimately be compiled into the DOCX format.
Summarizing Feasibility of Quotes: I'm now summarizing which requirements are met by the feasible supplier quotes, and identifying which materials can be covered by on-hand inventory. The goal is to provide a concise overview for a high-level report. The focus is to concisely organize the data for the next phase.
Formulating the Memo: I'm now drafting the memo's structure, focusing on key sections: an executive summary, inventory allocation details, recommended new purchases, and a section on rejected inventory and quotes to flag potential risks or issues. I have completed the material sourcing analysis in accordance with the provided constraints, including the Engineering Material Substitution Policy, country-of-origin rules (DFARS and Customer restrictions), and program priority allocations.
The required deliverables have been placed in the output directory:
-
/workspace/output/material_sourcing_analysis_workbook.xlsx: This dynamic workbook outlines the allocation plan. It contains:
- Requirement Analysis: Details the coverage of each requirement, identifying which portion is met via inventory allocation versus which requires a quote, and calculates shortfalls/costs via formulas.
- Inventory Allocations: Shows the specific inventory lots mapped to program requirements.
- Usable Inventory: Shows the remaining/usable stock accounting for allocations and historically accurate yield losses.
-
/workspace/output/material_sourcing_recommendation_memo.docx: This memo summarizes the allocation plan for sourcing and production leadership. It outlines the 11 inventory-covered requirements and 15 quote recommendations, detailing why specific cheaper/faster quotes or physically present inventory were rejected (e.g., C of C instead of 3.1 reports, partial traceability, MRB holds, or non-qualifying origins on DFARS programs).

4 failure modes across 11 verifier failures
1Required Evidence Fields or Rows OmittedView on Failure Modes ↗Deliverable Completion and Structure8 failures
Description
Is the decision generally present, but the required exact identifiers, comparison rows, operational columns, governing terms, before-and-after values, or validation fields needed to verify it are absent?
Failure evidence · per affected verifier
The workbook avoids allocating China or Russia melt to the restricted programs but does not show the explicit origin-based rejection reason for those lots or quotes.
The workbook has no certification-type or traceability-status field, so the required rejection of C-of-C-only and partial-traceability material cannot be verified.
The workbook does not document the specific hold or exclusion reason for one or more disallowed lots even though the exclusion itself is applied.
The workbook has no alloy, spec, temper, or product-form fields on the requirement rows, so exact-callout substitution cannot be verified.
No quote dock date, requirement need-by date, or on-schedule flag appears anywhere in the extract.
For some at-risk requirements the rejected-lot reasons, rejected-quote reasons, or resulting purchase cost are not present anywhere in the workbook, not merely on another sheet.
MOQ-driven buys show the residual need and the MOQ-adjusted order quantity across various sheets but never state the excess amount as its own value.
No single headline committed new-buy total or purchase-order cost-line detail appears anywhere in the extracted workbook.
2Quantity, Cost, Capacity, or Rate Calculation WrongView on Failure Modes ↗Reasoning and Computation1 failure
Description
With the correct source rows and eligibility decisions available, is a required order quantity, excess, cost, credit, capacity, production-mix value, threshold flag, or weighted rate calculated incorrectly?
Failure evidence · per affected verifier
A shared quote line is ordered or costed at a quantity that exceeds the combined residual need by more than the supplier minimum justifies.
3Escalation or Tradeoff Communication IncompleteView on Failure Modes ↗Presentation and Communication1 failure
Description
Does the final communication omit or conflate a required escalation, rejected attractive alternative, disqualifying reason, residual risk, or distinction between a feasible plan and separate process actions?
Failure evidence · per affected verifier
The memo argues compliance over price or lead time but omits naming at least one of the three required attractive, cheaper, or faster non-compliant quotes along with the specific reason it was rejected.
4Grader Context or Extraction IncompleteView on Failure Modes ↗Grader Error1 failure
Description
Does direct inspection show the challenged source fact, companion artifact, row, field, or formula exists, while the verdict relies on a missing packet, truncated extract, unreadable cache, or refusal to inspect the required companion file?
Failure evidence · per affected verifier
The judge's own extract omits the underlying sourcing packet or is truncated partway through the workbook, so it cannot verify fabrication even though nothing fabricated is visible in what was shown.
